- Coil cleaning - enabling older systems to function more efficiently and more reliably and possibly extending the life of existing units
- Retrofitting - replacing existing units with newer, more efficient ones
- Duct replacement & sealing
- Evaluation and replacement of heating and cooling system components damaged by fire or flooding
- Design and installation of heating and cooling systems for new construction
- Design and installation of central heat and central air in older homes undergoing renovations
- Redesigning inefficient heating and cooling systems to improve efficiency or to meet state or local building codes
- Expansion of existing heating and cooling systems to accommodate finished attics, finished basements, finished garages, and other add-ons

Priority Emergency Service - Should you have a breakdown, our technician will respond to your call as a priority situation. We provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Parts Replacement or Repair - Whether a contract holder or not, Bob Fox Services can replace or repair the parts on your furnace, air conditioner, humidifier or electronic air cleaner, or can install for you a new system.

To ensure that you are prepared and protected throughout the year, Bob Fox Services recommends comprehensive service program contracts. These cost effective contracts help to ensure that your systems are maintained in peak condition and prepared for the season's requirements.
Platinum Membership – Prestige Service $29.95 per month*
As a Platinum Club Member, you are guaranteed same day appointments, FREE service on system rejuvenation, FREE repairs...no exclusions, FREE diagnostic service and a $500 certificate applied to a new heating or cooling system.
Gold Membership – Prime Service $19.95 per month*
As a Gold Club Member, you are guaranteed appointments in 24 hours, FREE major service, FREE repairs...no exclusions and FREE diagnostic service.
Silver Membership – Priority Service $11.95 per month*
As a Silver Club Member, you are guaranteed appointments in 48 hours, a FREE precision tune up, a 20% discount on repairs and a $19.95 diagnostic service.

If, however, you prefer to use our services on a case by case basis we are able to accommodate that with equal ease.
Maintenance - Parts & Labor Program
Like all of our maintenance contracts, this plan gives you many advantages and exceptional savings throughout the year. The basics of the contract are two efficiency tests & preventive maintenance inspections per year to double check and repair your system to prevent breakdown and maintain the efficiency of your heating and cooling units.
